Conductor's Batons


 
We've been exclusive supplier of batons to world renowned maestro Mario Bernardi for the past 15 years. These batons are made to an exacting standard from African birch in the shaft and the handle. The shaft is 15 inches in length and the entire baton weighs about four grams.

The handle is treated to prevent discoloration. It is left in its natural color while the shaft is coated white.

All batons are hand made, one at a time.

Most batons are custom made for each client to meet their individual needs. There is no extra cost for this customization.

Cost is $15 US per baton. Minimum order is 5.
10% reduction on orders of 10 or more.

 
Batons in the spray booth. They receive four coats of glossy acrylic paint.
Birch wood handle is roughed out and the core drilled before it is cut and hand finished.

Four coats of clear Urethane cover the finished handle. 

 
Batons are individually wrapped and sealed in a plastic sleeve.
