Violin bow with octagonal Pernambuco shaft, bison horn frog finished with 14 karat gold, Mother of Pearl and a two tone French silk wrap.

This bow is made with an octagon shaft of pernambuco and finished at the head with an 14 karat gold face plate. It is mounted with a bison horn frog trimmed in 14 karat gold and inlaid with mother of pearl eyes in a ring of gold. The button is of the two-ring divided sleeve type in gold on a core of bison horn. The wrap is of two-tone French silk. It is finished with a leather grip.
